The Irene Kennedy Centre

The Irene Kennedy Centre is a purpose built training extension at Mary Cole House. It is used by our clients, staff and those from other agencies for a wide variety of purposes.

There is now also The Irene Kennedy Centre Drop-In. This open to all who are homeless, living in hostel accommodation, or threatened with homelessness who are in need of help and assistance. It is open from 7:30 am until 1:30pm seven days a week.

Volunteering at the ark

We currently have about 50 active volunteers who assist in many aspects of the running of our Mary Cole House homeless hostel and Arkangel undertaking such tasks as staffing the reception, fundraising and helping in the drop in.

Wirral Ark Dinghies

Wirral Ark Dinghies is a social enterprise run by Wirral Churches' Ark Project. Residents take part in practical work renovating wooden sailing dinghies which are then sold to finance the project. We always have boats and Mirror dinghy parts for sale. We also repair dinghies at a reasonable cost.
