I have worked with Wirral Churches' Ark Project for a number of years supporting staff members through their NVQ levels 2 and 3 and recently the Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care.
A number of my students have been previous clients who had accessed the Ark Project on a personal level. These students have engaged upon and completed the Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care. Through my experience of working with these students I have found a committed and enthusiastic workforce. With support from management Dave Harrison and the staff team, the learners have thrived with personal support from myself as trainer assessor and the invaluable experience of peers. This has resulted in an individualised and holistic approach to learning.
The experience that learners who have been through the project themselves bring to the service compliments current client's needs. The learners are committed to their own development and advancement which Wirral Churches' Ark Project has always been committed to.
