The Irene Kennedy CentreThe Irene Kennedy Centre is a purpose built training extension at Mary Cole House. It is used by our clients, staff and those from other agencies for a wide variety of purposes.There is now also The Irene Kennedy Centre Drop-In. This open to all who are homeless, living in hostel accommodation, or threatened with homelessness who are in need of help and assistance. It is open from 7:30 am until 12:30pm Monday to Friday. |
Volunteering at the arkWe currently have about 50 active volunteers who assist in many aspects of the running of Mary Cole House and Arkangel undertaking such tasks as cooking meals, befriending and staffing the reception. This list however is by no means exhaustive.We are always looking for new volunteers, so if you are interested in joining us please get in touch. |
Wirral Ark DinghiesWirral Ark Dinghies is a social enterprise run by Wirral Churches' Ark Project from an industrial unit in Birkenhead. Residents take part in practical work renovating wooden sailing dinghies which are then sold to finance the project. We always have boats and Mirror dinghy parts for sale. |
