Helping the Ark
The Ark depends greatly on its 50+ volunteers. Many Volunteers come in to help cook for one of the three meals a day we serve, other volunteers 'befriend', which is listening to, and supporting, those residents who want to talk about themselves and their problems
Adopt-A-Bed We intend to make a stay in our hostel a life changing experience for a resident, where assistance is readily to hand to make the journey towards mainstream society. |
Volunteering to help at Wirral Churches' Ark ProjectWe are recruiting volunteers for our Nightsafe project. If you are interested then you can read more here. Volunteers also do shifts staffing our reception desk which is often the first point of contact for residents and visitors.
