Permanent part time Financial Controller

An opportunity has arisen to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced part time Financial Controller to take overall responsibility for the day to day finances of this successful charity. Duties will include budget and cost controls, maintenance of accounts, preparation of financial statements, coordinating year end audits, Housing Benefit, and payroll. This list is not exhaustive and will be covered in more detail in the job description. The appointed person will be based at Mary Cole House.

Experience of working with socially excluded people an advantage and the successful applicant be enthusiastic and self motivated.

Permanent part time post with three month probationary period. Two days a week with exact timing to be arranged mutually.

Salary: £16,000pa

Post holder will report directly to the CEO with monthly meetings at Board level.
